How to Track Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 2-5 business days), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number.

Tracking & Delivery FAQ

Q1: When will I receive my tracking number?

Processing usually takes 2-5 business days for standard items and 5-10 days for customized kits. You will receive the tracking link as soon as the package leaves our center.

Q2: My tracking number shows "Not Found" or hasn't updated.

Don't worry! It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to sync the data once the label is created. Please check again after a day or two.

Q3: How long does international delivery take?

Estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days for major regions including Australia, the USA, and Europe. Factors like customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.

Q4: My order says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.

Please check with your neighbors or local post office first. Occasionally, carriers mark items as delivered 24 hours before actual drop-off. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us immediately.

Q5: Will my order be shipped in one package?

To ensure the fastest delivery, large orders or orders with both retro and new kits may occasionally be split into multiple shipments. You will receive tracking for each package.
