Welcome to SoccerRetros.com. By accessing our website and purchasing our retro soccer jerseys, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Products & Accuracy

SoccerRetros specializes in high-quality modern remakes of classic football kits. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. Pricing & Customization

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise specified by our currency switcher).
Customization: We offer professional personalization services. Adding a Custom Name incurs an additional $5.00 fee, and adding a Custom Number incurs an additional $5.00 fee.
We reserve the right to change prices and services without notice.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the designated payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Xiamen, China.

Standard Shipping: $9.90 flat rate.
FREE Shipping: On all orders over $79.00.
Timeline: Processing takes 2-5 days (5-10 days for customized items). Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.
SoccerRetros is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal carriers (USPS, ePacket, FedEx).

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

30-Day Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Customized Kits: Personalized jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-quality related returns. COD (Collect on Delivery) packages will be refused.

7. Care & Maintenance

Our jerseys are designed for durability. They are machine washable and tumble dry safe. However, to maximize the lifespan of the detailed prints and crests, we recommend following standard athletic apparel care instructions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America (USA).
