1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that Customized Jerseys (any kit featuring a personalized name or number) are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because these items are custom-made specifically for you. We recommend double-checking our Size Guide before ordering a customized piece.

3. Return Shipping & Responsibilities

We believe in transparency regarding shipping costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: If a return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., "I changed my mind," "I ordered the wrong size," or "I don't like the fit"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • SoccerRetros Responsibility: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part (wrong item sent), we will cover the shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
  • Important Note: We DO NOT accept "Collect on Delivery" (COD) mail. Any packages sent as COD will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

Yes, provided the item is not customized. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to us.

Q2: What should I do if my jersey arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.

Q3: How long does it take to process my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method (Visa/Mastercard).

Q4: Can I send the package back using any courier?

Yes, you can use any reliable courier with a tracking number. Please ensure the package is prepaid, as we cannot accept COD shipments.

Q5: Why aren't customized jerseys returnable?

Because customized jerseys are uniquely printed with specific names and numbers, they cannot be resold to other fans. We appreciate your understanding.
