What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your package is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence, and we will resolve it immediately.
