Q2: What if my package is lost in transit?
Don't worry! If your tracking information shows that the package is lost or if it hasn't moved for over 30 days, we will reship your order at no extra cost to you.
Q3: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Q4: Why does my tracking number show no movement?
Tracking numbers often take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system after the label is created. For international orders, there may also be a short gap in updates while the package is clearing customs.
